Ripoff, selling defective merchandise, old and molded out dated merchandise

I purchased a flute in oct from sweepstake clearing house as a christmas gift, it was defective and had a molded odor i returned it and was told they did not refund money as i did not want to take a chance on another flute I was told my crdit card would be refunded although there policy limited this to 30 days as of this date I have not received any satisfaction
