Ripoff Now a "new scam" phoned from "Allied Bank" sounds the same except now its $399 with $3000 credit line

I see superior benefits is trying a new tact. A company called from Champlain N.Y. Offering a Credit card with a line of $3,000 for only $399 and the voice on the other end sounds just like a guy I talked from Superior benefits. The Audacity of it all. Isn't there a way to get an injunction against this company no matter what they call themselves?!
