I ordered a CD that says it listed government grants... I paid $1.97 for the initial disk and once I put the Cd in my computer to see what the program was about, they charged my credit card $60.98 for a program that I did not sign up for or need. I tried calling the 800 number to speak with someone and they kept hanging up the phone and arguing with me... Saying that they could not refund my money... I don't think that this is right and I don't know what to do about it.
