False Advertising:

Advertisment came in the mail 14.99 Internet 14.99 phone service for 1 year. Free Installation and 100.00 visa card for come back customer.

Once that you use the visa card the 14.99 special is void. They don't tell you that. Then they send you monthly bills at 75.00 per month and charge you for the installation. Bait and switch
