I ordered a bottle of 'dunhill edition' cologne. This company sent a totally different product and upon contacting them they advised that if i return the incorrect item they would either refund or sent the original item ordered. On the 16th march i returned the unwanted item by registered mail and my postal authorities have confirmed to me that this was delivered to scent mail in bulgaria on the 22nd march. Scent mail constantly deny receipt. Now they don't even acknowledge my emails and on further investigation i now know that this is a common practice by this company sending out incorrect products and asking for them to be returned a denying the receipt. Something must be done to stop their fraudulent activicites.
