My name is Keith Sayler and this is my experience with this company. My wife and i have been seperated for 9 months now.in a box of papers i was going through, i found a vacation package for Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines Vacations. This package is expired now and the best part is i did not authorize this payment. The payment was split up, as evident in my past credit card statements. My wife was the one that handled all the bills, including credit cards. So, basically, i have paid for a vacation i did not purchase. She was not authoruized to use this card. At the time, her brother was staying with us, so best guess, is she had him do it. This would have been easy because she knew all the info, and had access to the credit cards. Now, i have contacted this company and explained the situation. They told me they could reinstate the package, which would have been fine, except they wanted another $898.00. I explained to them i did not authorize the first payment cost. Since all their sales are done over the phone, i can see how a male could have done this, by simple claiming to be me. When i said i could not pay again, i was hung up on. The conversation I had with them was today, 8/6, around 2pm. They would not even discuss a refund, even though their payment made on my credit card was a flaugulant one.
