First off I said I was not interested in this offer... Oh but the sales rep "April" said she would send me the package in the mail and I could review it with my husband and then decide wether I wanted ot or not. Well I just revieved the package today, and of course in the fine print it says you have to cancel within 15days... Go figure, it was the 16th day, my blood is still boiling. I spoke with 3 other people today & finally asked for the supervisor "Christina" She was no help what so ever. I told her April said to review & then call if I wanted to cancel... She didn't care, She said they would NOT refund my money what so ever. I am extremely dissapointed with this company. I went on the web site e tours & travel & read many stories about complaints... Wow I wish I had known this before. Please help me get my money back.
