Traveled Continental Airline with a group. On 8/27 in Orlando Florida, the check in lady said that she overcharged $50 my credit card so she was going to refund me $50 and charge $46 for the group rate.instead she recharge my credit card again for $46 instead of refunding me the $50. Charged me $96 for two bags. I called my credit union and was told could not do anything about it. I must call Continental Airlines which I did but they refuse to refund me. I email continental and here is their response: Respectfully, I must again decline your request for a refund.
We understand the value of your decision to fly with us and will make every effort to leave a better impression when we have the privilege of serving you again. Please accept my apology and allow us that opportunity.
