My name is juanita kassin consumers energy added my sons energy bill in the amount of $2600.00 to my energy bill. My son does not live with me but has his mailing address at my house so they say he lives there and therefore i am responsable to pay this. I have talked to lawyers who say this is not legal yet consumers says it is. My son occured this bill at 2 seperate addresses neither of which were my address, while his mailing address was still my house. I have tried to give them his address and they will not accept it saying they need a lease my son has no lease lives with a friend. My son tried to give them a p.O. Box number to send bill and they will not accept it. He did live at my address for 1 month in aug. Of 2010 i even said leave 200.00 on my bill for this since he lived they for that amount of time they refused. Please help can't afford $300.00 a month to pay this. I am single person struggling to pay mortgage, and regular house hold bills. Thank you
