I have been in this house for 10 years and my utility bill never goes up much. My bill usually is $200 or under. For the month of sept & oct they sent me a bill for $450 for the month I thought it was a mistake the next month I got another bill for $450 for the month. I have called and talked to numerous people there and filed a report and they never call me back. They threaten to shut off my electricity even though I continue to pay $200 a month to them till I can figure out what they are doing. I would appreciate any help with this. I am a widow who can not afford an extra $900 to the electric company
