Extended Warranty Refund

I purchased an extended warranty on my 2006 Toyota Corolla with the agreement if repairs were not needed and extended warranty not used, the full purchase price would be refunded. I was just notified they are no longer in business and I will most likely not see my $1,300 refund. This kind of business practice gives a bad name to all businesses of this type.
