I purchased a 15 day free trial of Colothin for ($2.00 S/H). The product took almost 10 days to get to me-so they gave me an additional 2 weeks to try product. It did not work as advertised. I call their customer service at 888-491-4918 (now disconnected) & requested return information. I mailed the product back on 7/1 via the postal service with delivery confirmation. They received on 7/5 at 2:56pm. Now one month later they have charged my MC $78.15 for a product I returned. I have no way of contacting them. No way of getting my money back. My bank is trying to help with research but no luck yet. Can you help me
