I order some diet pills through a company called LeanSpa - quot;the proper weight loss system" according to them. When I ordered they were also 'giving away' a free bottle of ColoThin, a colon-cleansing Dietary Suppplement. I received both, and after taking the LeanSpa pills for 2 months I called to cancel the order as I did not want to receive the product any longer. The ColoThin bottles kept coming. No one needs THIS many pills to clean their colon. When the bottles of COLOTHIN come in the mail, there is absolutely nothing else in the package. No packing slip, no order form, NOTHING. Therefore there is no infomation to use to call to cancel the order. I tried calling LEANSPA back to see if they could help me and GOT NO WHERE. The people there said they had NO information about COLOTHIN AT ALL.
Needless to say, they were no help at all, even after I asked to speak with a manager, supervisor, or someone from their marketing dept that could have had the original infomation from COLOTHIN, when they set up the free samples to go out with their product.
Not sure what to do at this point, except to wait and see if I get anymore product and/or if it continues to show up on my bill.
