This so called professional consultant walked into our rail company and immediately started cursing at employees. He stated that he could crucify people like "that guy on the back of a church wall" and that he took great pleasure in making sure people were scared for their jobs as he came in and took an interm position as a manager. He stated that he would fire everyone there and would work by himself if need be because "no one in the whole company was near as qualified as he was." Bill Otter is extremely rude and has an attitude that I have never seen in another person thankfully. I have worked with many other transportation consultants and this so called professional and his company is NOT someone you want working for you. Stay away and do your homework before you call this guy!!
