Consumer Report

I was going to buy a 2002 Mustang Gt convertible, black, with 49,000 miles on it. The woman, Lisa Harvey from Monroe, La, told me her son died in Iraq 2 months ago and couldn't bare to look at his car any longer. She wanted to get rid of it asap. She told me to wire the money to her and she would pay for the shipment to send me the car to my door. Well i went to western union and followed her instructions. She was planning to send me the car thru ebay, she said she worked there so she had connections. And send the money to the listed ebay representive. Well i got a phone call from ebay. Saying that the ebay rep had moved from Georgia to Rome, Italy so i had to wire the money there. Well i got a funny feeling about that but i did it anyways. Well everyone was like don't do it. It's a scam. I didn't listen, i guess i was too excited about getting the nice car. And i told her that Western union was giving me a hard time. So she was like well just put the money in your husbands name and when you say you want the car (they were giving me 7 days to test it out and my money was supposed to be sitting there till i said i wanted the car or not) to change the persons name you put the money in (my husband) to my name (lisa). She assured me my money would be fine and nobody could touch it since it was in my husbands name here in America. Well this sounded legit... So i feel thru with it. Well the money got wired. I faxed "ebay" my reciept so they could confirm payment. Okay. So the next day she was like you need to send me an extra $3000 to insure the car. I was like no way this isn't even my car why would i insure your car. I want my money back. She was like okay fine call western union to get your money back. Well i called them and supposedly my "husband" picked up my money in Rome, Italy at 2:37 am that morning. I can assure you that my husband was in America with me that morning! Needless to say i got scammed big time and this lesson cost me $4200. They were sending me emails saying it was ebay, calling me saying it was ebay. And we will never get our money back. And now im broke!
