I was billed by otl when I signed up for 1 dollar for one weeks kook at my credit report. I called the 4th day to cancel the subscription and thre man told me I owed no more money. Then out of the blue thie OTL co. Billed me. The first company is the only one I gave financials to but they said they had nothing to do with it. Called a couple of weeks later and just asked the girl if they were affiliated and was told yes.
