I was billed by OTL when I signed up for 1 dollar for one weeks look at my credit report. I called the 4th day to cancel the subscription and the man told me I owed no more money. Then out of the blue this OTL co. billed me. The first company is the only one I gave financials to but they said they had nothing to do with it. Called a couple of weeks later and just asked the girl if they were affiliated and was told yes.
