On feb. 6th 2004 datesnow charged my credit card for 79.99$ after getting their number here I did call these people at (1-800-351-5654) they were friendly and apoligetic and told me they would refund my money. On Feb 9th they did refund my 79.99 but also charged me an additional 79.99 on the same day i.E. They giveth an taketh right back when i called them back on this (Mar 15) they said there must be something wrong with my card because it isnt accepting the refund (they claim to have tried 7 times) I did report to credit card company and they canceled card so no further charges would go thru and figured this could be why the refund didnt work but after talking to my credit card company i found this to not be the case the refund would go thru... Now my credit card company is going after them so will have to wait and see what happens hope this helps some of you people out there =) have a good day
