His new girlfriend knows he's a sex offender, they filed restraining order against me so I can't check on her baby ripoff

He is a fraud and has new girlfriend moved in with him and she knows he is a convicted sex offender. She has a 9 month baby that I'm worried about and they filed restraining order against me to keep me from checking on her. The DFS isn't doing anything to help the baby.
He is my brother but he has to be stopped from hurting little kids again!
