DATESNOW PTY ripoff Brisbane, Internet

I checked into DATESNOW PTY LTD website when the world exclusive Paris Hilton video debuted but was not sucessful after a number of attempts to obtain the 42 minute video that DATESNOW PTY LTD was selling. I had given my credit card but not recieved anything.

So I figured there would be no charges to my credit card but on the statements for Jan. And Feb. 2004 I have been charged 26.83 and 108.82 in US DOLLARS, the first 26.83 would have been the normal purchase amount if I had recieved what they were selling.

I have been ripped off. Could you please help BBB by getting my money back.
