I ordered through Amazon.com a book named "understanding Business, by William Nickels", on July 12. The seller name is LOW_PRICES. Since I didn't receive my book I tried to contact the seller and I requested my tracking number. He promptly replied saying that the tracking number was xyz, and added "according to USPS.com the item was delivered on July 21". I checked immediately online.indeed USPS posted "delivered".
The only package I received on July 21 was a dirty envelope containing several kids books (they were gift wraping) from someone named Luis Gonzales. I spend my whole weekend trying to figure it out who sent me this package. I assumed that probably that package came from LOW_PRICES. I replied to him and explain that he sent me the wrong items, that I will send the kids book back to him. He replaid with an e-mail with a very threating tone, saying that I was trying to pull a scam on him.
