I ordered TKO cleaning product (6 gals) on 6/10. They debited my card that day and said delivery in 3 to 5 days. 2 wks later I inquired about my order and they said they were running behind in shipments as they were short of help. 4 days later called again and they said couldn't find it. A week later I called and asked them to credit my card since they could not find the shipment. They said it might be stuck at the border? If they have issues shipping across the border they shouldn't be in business. I have asked them 3 times to credit my card and they refused.
