I too ordered the trial offer of this product back in April. I contacted the company within 15 days to advise I had never received the product, to cancel all future shipments and not to charge my credit card.
Now after a month later, numerouse phone calls, multiple emails my credit card has been charged twice for a product that was never received.
I am consistantly told that the product is stuck at the border and that they can't cancel until they receive the unused portion back. They don't seem to understand that I have never received any product. I am always promised an email within 48 hours but it doesn't come until the weekend when you can't even contact them.
I have been intouch with my credit card company and apparantly this answer that the product is at the border is a common excuse they use.
I am at my wits end as to how to get them to stop charging my credit card. I am now out $200.00.
Hopefully no one else will be ripped off by this company.
