Let's put the THIEVES out of business!
I ordered the product with one of those, "pay only a small fee for shipping and processing" deals. What a LIE! When the product arrived I called the company and asked them to please NOT send any future shipments. I was assured that none would arrive. What a LIE!
Another shipment arrived, followed by a credit card bill for $69.95. I noticed the phone number on my bill was not the same as the one I had called early. I spoke to my credit card company and was told that TriClear had provided them with a fraudulent number.
I called TriClear AGAIN and explained that I would not accept any future shipments and that I like a refund. The customer service representative was the most miserable person I have ever spoken to.
She offered me an option of keeping all the products and receiving a $40.00 credit or I could go through with their lengthy return policy. I opted for the credit.
A few days later my credit card bill arrives and there is ANOTHER $69.95 charge from TriClear. AGAIN I call TriClear and speak to another miserable representative. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company and with the Better Business Bureau. We'll see how it all turns out.
The sad thing is I LIKED the product - my skin looks GREAT!
