I had ordered 2 sets of sobakawa pillow and had received only one set. I can not talk to a live person so what do I do??? I just want my second set! This makes me think about ordering anything from what I see on television! Then an operator called me to ask if I had received my order, She could hardly speak English and had a hard time communicating. She requested my credit card for my second set and I told her I was already charged for it. Help!!!
