Used their service once did not realize that I had agreed to montly service fee. To be fair I did not read their agreement terms, so I am somewhat responsible. However, if they sent an e-mail to comfirm my agreement to a monthly service charge I do not recall seeing one. Either they never sent one or it was screened out as junk mail or the message itself was not clear as to it being a notice of a service agreement.
