I purchased a HP Pavilion 510C Central Processing Unit from Power One Computers on 05/17 - when I got the computer home it would not log on to the web or run the programs I wanted it to run - I call the cable company thinking something was wrong with the cable line - there was something wrong with the cable line which they fixed - after they took care of the problem I still could not get online - I took the computer back and explained to the tech my problem - he told me that there was nothing wrong with the computer they removed several parts from the computer and told me that I should be able to get online - once again I took the computer home this time I got online but it still would not run the programs (facebook games) I took the computer back they put more memory in and I viewed that it could get on facebook once I got the computer home I could get online but I could not play the games without the web page shutting down. After several days of frustration I decided to return the computer. I was on my way out of town (June 21) so I dropped the computer off and ask to speak with the Manager after waiting several minutes he never came out to speak with me. I took a picture of the computer to prove that I did return the computer and told the front desk person (Jean Piwetz) that I will deal with the problem when I return. I went to the store on June 27 and spoke with Robert Pachaly after several minutes of speaking with him he agreed to refund my money. He stated that they cut checks twice a month and he would make sure that the request will be in for the next batch of refunds. I called several times and left message for Mr. Pachaly to return my call he never did I waited 1 month and I had not heard from Mr. Pachaly therefore I return to the store - I spoke with Mr. Pachaly who informed me that a check will get cut the next day (June 28) and I could pick it up after 3:00 - I return to the store the next day and was told that Mandy was running late bring the checks she should be there about 4:30 - 5:00 - I told them that I would go home and change clothes and return. At 5:00 I called back and was told that she have not gotten there yet - I returned to the store and waited in the parking lot - Mr. Pachaly came out and said again that Mandy will be there around 6:30 (the store closes at 6:00) I explained to him that I would wait. He stormed off like he was frustrated several minutes I noticed Mr. Pachaly leaving out the parking lot - I asked the front desk clerk did they hear from Mandy she repeated what Mr. Pachaly they left the store locked up and left me in the parking lot - I waited until 6:30 and no one showed - I called the store the next day inquiring about the check and heard Mr. Pachaly in the back ground stating to get my number and he will call me back - the young man called me back and asked did I have my invoice and who name was on it I gave him my invoice number and my name - I never got a call back and they have the computer and my money.
