My computer has an intermittent power problem. Last night I took my computer to the Rockville MD Microcenter. The technician plugged in the computer and it started right up. I asked if there could be an intermittent problem and was told no. I decided to have the computer cleaned while I waited. The stupid technician called my home number while I was walking around the store waiting for the computer to be ready. I then was totally ignored for 20 minutes while waiting to pay for the cleaning. Of course, I got home and the computer would not start! I run a shipping business and cannot spare the time to run up there again for poor service, but I guess that I have no choice but to go up tomorrow morning for some more stupidity. I have avoided Microcenter for years because of the way that they just ignore customers and make them stand around. Last Sunday I waited for 40 minutes for some ink that was never brought to me. I could not find the manager to find out what had happened. This went on two more times while I waited for employees to deliver what the manager had asked for to me in the Mac Department of the Falls Church Store. I should have known better. I get the same feeling of frustration each time that I go to Microcenter, but feel as though my options are limited.
