On my June credit card statement was a charge for $99.00. I then called Bidrack number on my statement. I was told this was a fee to be able to bid on the site. I told him I was not interested and wanted a refund. He said they do not refund this fee but he would be happy to credit my account with I think it was $40 credits but I said I was not interested. I reafirmed that I was not interested in paying a sign-up fee especially when this was not clearly stated on the site.
