I recieved a phone call from a man named Robert Thompson who said he worked for Boulter Lending co. He informed me that I was approved for a $5,000 loan and asked me due to my poor credit do i have any property like a house or car to sign over to them to secure my loan I said no. He then said there are still ways to secure the loan that If I would pay $800 which would be a sercure escrow of the loan for 5 months that I wouldn't have a payment due until 6 months because my payments would be $161 a month for 3 yrs for $5,000 loan at 10% interest. So i sent $800 plus $66 for Western Unuion fee to Boulter Lending but i was instructed to send it to my lender who lived in Canada in Bolton Ontario so I had the money wired off the agent robert told me that within 3 hours the money will be in my bank account but after 3 hours i called my bank to check my bank account but no $5,000 was put into my account. I called Boulter Lending company back Robert was gone for the day I was tolded so the man on the phone said he was company manager Peter and that he was about to call me saying the lender who looked at my application took a second look at my credit and wanted another $800 to secure the loan of $5,000 and that it would be guarantee money of $5,000 put into my account within 3 hours. I told him i couldn't send another $800 and that i wanted a refund of my money back plus the $66 Western Union fee he said it woud take 30 days to get my refund back and that it woukld come by ceritfiy mail to me it has been 2 months but no refund by the mail I reported it to the Better Bussiness Bureau of New England they try a couple of times to reach someone at company but no response they said they have done all they could and will make note of company as having a complaint file against it.
