I, Carlos Rodriguez, hereby retract and recant my statements concerning Portland Systems, LLC and Don Canale, Brock Miera, Douglas Sedivic, and Mike Schultz posted on [dates] and all other postings and statements of this sort for myself and on behalf of CRC Konstruction & Koncrete. Portland Systems and CRC Konstruction & Koncrete have resolved our differences.
