I believed Magic Jack 's 100% risk free offer of trying for 30 days. I ordered the product, tried it and it did not work for me because it only worked if you computer was on. Glitch in system that did not work for my application.
I returned the Magic Jack, paid the courier fees. What they did not mention is that they will continue to bill you annually and hope to get away with it. When I tried to use their online chat I was told I would get an email back within 5 business days and there was nothing they could do about it.
I believe this is misuse and fraud of my credit card and their risk free offer.
STAY AWAY FROM MAGIC JACK. They can not be trusted.
