I ordered the wrong size - my mistake. When I tried to correct it even though everything was backordered was advised to refuse order when It arrived. I reordered the right size. Weeks later a package finally arrived with additional export charges. I refused the ordered as directed. A couple of days later another order arrived with 3X the amount of export charges. I refused order again as I was directed again by customer service to do this and they convinced me that I should order again as they assumed the first order was a combination of the two orders. NOT.
I was told if I accepted it I would have to pay extra to return it. So needless to say when the second package arrived I was shocked and I knew it was too soon to be the third order. So yes I refused it the import charges on this one went from 19.00 to over 45.00, this is in addition to the high shipping charges. I still have not received the third order. Genie Bra will not return calls and there is no way to contact them other than long distance calls. I want my money back for the first two orders but will keep the third order. My question is this is starting to look like a fraudulent company to me. How do I get my money back? You have my money and so far I have nothing.
