I saw an ad that was selling shih tzu puppies, send enquiry about older females. Reply that she was selling 4 adult females. Ask for info. On 2 of them. (there was no phone conversation, all thru e-mails). After much e-mail communication, we finalized to 1 dog and the price. This dog according to the seller was a "solid white, 8.8 pound female shih tzu. 3 days prior to shipping to CA, she wrote that she was carring the dog on her lap and felt a lump - which is a hernia. She also remark that at the vet, they did not tell her. Also at the vet - to get the certificate of vet inspection to fly, the dog weight was 10.5 pound. The seller claime that 1 year ago, the doggie weigh 8#. The seller ask if I want to give her a puppy hair cut as she is bring her to the groomer - I request NO CUT.
On arrival July 16th It was not the dog that she send pics of her before I made an offer. I realized that the dog had problem with her nose. I called the vet in florida. They return may call on Tuesday July 19. Per the vet, the doggie went thru an operation and have told Kathleen/the seller that she need a repair her hernai. Nthe seeler refused to do it at that time. I did request paperwork from the vet.
