I hired Mr. Givens to repair the motor on my 2000 Boneville, He came and looked at the car and said that I needed to give him 500 dollars down he wold be purchasing a rebuild motor from a place in Dallas or Ft. Worth Texas. Each time we called him there after we only got excuses he to my car over on east street in Arlington Tx to a shop where he said he worked, Months followed and he stopped answering calls and eventually changed his number in September I filed a suit and he did not bother to show up and I won the case by default. I went to reclaim my car and it is gone no trace and APD will not help saying it is a civil matter they have not arrested for stolen property and they know this is not the first time he has done this since then he has done this to another young lady. I seen Mr. Givens and his wife at the corner store driving a brand new SUV
