I registered for Bidrack and they told me that I needed to buy a bid. Right away they had 1cent bids but in order to bid I had to buy that and register. Then I suddenly have a $99 charge on my debit card and they told me that I "authorized" that once I put my CC number in. I went in under a new email to sign up and again, nothing telling me about a $99 charge. I sent a 'refund request' and I got denied, I think by auto reply.
