I clicked on the link posted on Facebook to learn more information about GrabSwag. I wanted to see what items were available and take advantage of their offer for 10 free bids. I entered my credit card information assuming it was for when I made bids and purchased something. There was nothing at all that indicated I would be charged $99.00 Before I knew it they had charged my credit card. There was no warning at all. I sent them an email demanding my money to refunded and verification that my credit card information was deleted from their records. I got no response to the email. I also called the number 888-467-4217 and was on hold for over 15 minutes. There was nothing in the hold message that even indicated I was called GrabSwag. It just continued to say, "Please continue to hold, the next available agent will be right with you."
