I am outraged at what they have done to me. Their website is CORRUPT, but they also corrupted the very secure CRAIGSLIST. You generally see genuine people, genuine posts in Craigs. But these days we see attractive deals in Craigs and get tempted to email them. They don't reply for 2,3 days and then later reply telling the item was sold, "why dont you try this site grabswag.com". So I went into grabswag and they showed an offer like "signup for free 10 bids". I also gave my credit card details.in the next page I see having charged 99 bucks. Holy cow. These fraud bastards scammed me. I emailed them straight on what had happened. No response. I called them today - they offered me a max of 50% refund and retain the bids that they say I had purchased. I asked a couple of times if they would pay me back the whole money coz i have not used the bidding system (not used any of the bids that they say I have purchased). I agreed for 50% refund, coz I can't do the same that they did to me. I cant argue with the lady from their customer service - what did she do.
So I will file a dispute with my credit card company. Also file a complaint in BBB.
I am not ashamed to fight for my hard earned money.
