IB claims to have sent me a $40 security device in '07, but the device was never received or used in the past 4 years of trading with IB. They refuse to give me my money back for a device that was never received. They claim to have shipped it via DHL but they have no tracking number. I never requested this device and have never used it to login. IB is steeling $40 from me.incredible.
