I pre ordered the Leap Motion device directly from Leap Motion, their site explicitly state that you can always cancel your order.
After few days I have decided to cancel my order, this was still 2 weeks before they shipped the product.
Leam said that the order moved to their fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
I've then had to wait for them to send the device to me and ask for a refund.
Leap claims that they shipped the device to me on July 23rd, however until today Sept 5th I did not receive it.
I've contact Leap order support few times trying to find out where is the device or to cancel my order as I did not get it.
At first they reply with a simple the device was sent, please wait for it and after a while they stop responding at all.
Now I have paid for the device and did not get it at all, I don't even want it as it really doesn't stand to what they claimed it to do.
