Is listing their Virginia contact information on the following German websites, obviously intended to attract new investors.By this listing, it would reason that Bychkov is still doing (or attempting to) complete financial transactions from his home (since it is believed he now has a virtual office and not a real one in McLean). His ability to access email in the United States to communicate with these potential German investors may also constitute a crime, since this aids him in the sale of stock.
