Livingsocial's customer service has been contacted three times regarding certificates that I've purchased that are showing as used when they in fact have not been used, one for VistaPrint and one for Red Envelope. I immediately get an automatic generated response stating things are being looked into, but not any actual resolution of my problem. At this point I want a refund, but my hopes of that are few. So, warning to others out there... Stay away from Livingsocial. I know they're very popular but they certainly don't seem very reputable. On the other hand, I've used Groupon for years without a problem ever.
