I do all of my banking online. I checked into this by googling the name of the company and to my suprise, I ran into this report. I am going to my bank tomorrow to close this card out and get a temporary one. Bank of America has a policy that they do not charge you for unauthorized charges and that once the charge posts to your account, they can go after the company.
