In November of a company called and asked if we would be interested in rebuilding our credit with a credit card they were offering, and of course like others in our position we accepted the offer. Looking to receive the card we were promised in 15-20 days. On day 22 we called and were told that in an human error our "packet" was not sent out and it would be an additional 10 days until delivery. Fine. 13 days later we called again, on day 15 our "packet" arrived. With no credit card inside. We called again. This time the application gets set seperatly we are told. Fine. 2 weeks goes by no application, no phone call, no anything.
My husband gets furious. Calls once more and gets told by a "supervisor" that he is being very impatient. And that our application would be sent out the next day.
Well its now March 9 and I can't help but wonder just how "patient" we are supposed to be.
I have even still tried calling but now the number is no longer in service.
I am a very patient and upset woman in need of help from someone. I don't just have $299.00 to throw out the window like that.
