I ordered the Micro Wave Ware with intentions of giving 1 set to my mother as a gift since she is 84 years old and has aa hard time cooking for herself.
And I am 66 years old and live alone I thought that this cook ware would be a great gift to us both but as I brought the cook ware to her in her house she asked what it was and she told me she did not want anymore cooking pots and pans because she has enough to last her she then continued to say she had all of the pots and pans from both of hers uncles and mother and besides she wasn't fond of cooking any longer and that I never should buy her any more cooking materials, that she was fed up with cooking for herself and cooking all these years.
Well I then took them back home when I called the Customer Service Department a lady answered and whem I told her my story she stated to me to wait for a shipping label and guide to send them back and wait for my refund. Well I have been waiting for over 5 weeks and have received nothing. But have been charged well over $239.75 and I can't use them and have tried unsucessfully to get a hold of anybody to tell and ask for my refund.
Of $239.75 yet and that is not all I am a retired person and that is not what they said they would charge a mere $39.95 was the advertised charge and I am on a fixed income from Social Security and am having a hard time making my Mortgage Payments and paying my medical Bills and other bills monthly and am seeking some help in getting what the deducted from my account.
