Company phones your office and finds out who works there, and what copier you use (brand and model). Company will send you two toner cartridges without any order or authorization pretending that they received an order. Later the company bills you 369.50 plus shipping of 29.75. The billing is 3 to 4 times what you you would generally pay. They hope the billing gets thru your accounting system. It worked the first time so we paid a bill that should not have been paid. They tried again a month later with 4 cartridges. This time they were caught. They are still trying to bill us. We do not order cartridges from a 3rd party. They are part of our maintenance agreement.
