I ordered samples of Pro Living and thin Trim @ $7.95 each. I never received the product, even though I called them and they assured me that the product was shipped. Then close to the end of the month I looked at my credit card statement and saw two charges for $199.95. I called their toll free number and was told that they had the right to charge me and it was written on the order form. I disputed this and the lady did agree to give me a $75.00 refund on both, which they end. But I do not feel this is appropriate, I should receive the entire amount as a refund. I never saw anything about a $199.99 charge and I have printed out information about this company. I feel like I have been scammed and I work too hard for my money to have a company take it away from me.
