I ordered one set of Couch fix $14.95 S&H and I was charged today $256.00 out of my checking. I called to cancel and they said no way, it had shipped. I asked for a shipping number and was told there was no shipping number. The first person I spoke to said they use UPS and the second said they use FedEx. Jonathan tells me that they load the FedEx truck themselves without any shipping documentation. Wonder what FedEx would think about that lie? They refused to cancel even after admitting the order was still at their facility and continued to lie about every aspect of the shipping process. Calling the FTC and reporting to the BBB. Thinking about the local media, as well.
