Apparently like everyone else here, I mailed in my Refund Request after being told I would receive my $1100 back if the warranty on my 2005 Scion XB was not used. The Signet mailbox was closed, so my letter was returned, and their phone number is disconnected. Whoever insured Signet should pay these claims! I was counting on this refund, and it was the ONLY reason I purchased the warranty. We are being ripped off and must take legal action.
