I have been paying for a data charge on my mobile phone that I was unaware of until recently. When I called to compain, I spoke with Aaron, who said the Manager was unavailable. Aaron said they could not credit my account because I supposedly signed up for this on the internet willingly which is incorrect. I would never sign up for a texting subsciption as silly as this, knowing that it would cost me $9.95 a month. This is wrong, totally decieving and a complete marketing scam.
