I am 100 percent disable veteran of the army and navy i could not read the A.M.P.M. Time and got the time wrong and i arrived at the united ticket agent at little rock arkansas at time 2:30 P.M. And the ticket agent said i miss my flight to chicago, it was in the morning of july 8 at 5:45 A.M. I call cheapoair agent and they told me i would have to pay another $3,000 dollars to get another ticket, i call asiana airline and they told me i would only have to pay a penality of few hundred dollars, i appreciate it if you can get my money back sign earl grant, (Personal information removed)
